The ExcelAgroVC story grew from the MIT Beyond Food Bootcamp in Taiwan, where the work explored sustainability, transparency, health, innovation, processing, waste and the full food lifecycle.
That experience reinforced a simple truth: agriculture works as a connected system. Production, finance, risk, logistics, processing, policy and demand become more useful when information can move responsibly between them.
