Akoh Edoka Samuel holds a Masters degree in Water Resources Aquaculture and Fisheries Technology from the Federal University of Technology Minna Niger State Nigeria, a trained consultant in fisheries and Aquaculture by Aquaculture Production Technology Israel. He is born to the family of Mr and Mrs Patrick Akoh of Otukpa in Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State Nigeria

He has worked as an assistant lecturer in the School of Agriculture, department of fisheries, Delta State polytechnic Ozoro Delta State Nigeria, Consultant Aquaculturesist with Dizengoff West Africa Nigeria Limited, Trainer/consultant Ojella farms (a division of Ojella global Enterprises). Over 12 years experience in the fishery and Aquaculture industry.

• Training of 70 women on fish farming and aquaculture in Gombe State. A three days training in Aquaculture/fish farming organizer by youth and gender section of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development FMARD Abuja.(5-8 June 2014)
• Training of youths in karu local government on fish farming and Aquaculture for youth empowerment and poverty alleviation in Nasarawa state
• Training of employees on fish farm management practices for optimal production for Habuba farms Dawakin – kudu Kano state.
• Training of farm attendants and managers on fish farm management practices for Kenneibeh fish farm keffi, Nasarawa state.
• Training of youths. men and women on fish farming operations for some church programme in ECWA church in jikwoyi Karu site FCT Abuja.
